Levy Phlebotomy Academy Payment Plan

This payment option is for students enrolled in Levy Phlebotomy Academy who are making scheduled tuition payments after paying the required non-refundable $250 deposit.

Students are required to return biweekly to make their scheduled tuition payments until the remaining tuition balance has been paid in full.

Failure to remain current on payments may result in restricted course access, delayed program completion, or removal from the program until the account is brought current.

This is an instructor-led virtual phlebotomy training program that includes live instruction, assignments, quizzes, certification preparation, and hands-on training.
